Cloudflare Brand Protection adds dismiss and filter controls for triage management

Dismiss and Filter Matches in Brand Protection

Cloudflare has introduced new triage management controls to the Security Center's Brand Protection feature, helping teams reduce alert fatigue and streamline threat prioritization.

New Capabilities

Dismiss Matches: Users can now mark specific Brand Protection results as dismissed if determined to be benign or false positives. Dismissed matches are removed from the primary triage view but remain fully recoverable.

Show/Hide Toggle: A new visibility control lets teams instantly switch between viewing only active matches and including previously dismissed ones, providing flexibility in how results are displayed.

Persistent Review States: Dismissed status is automatically saved across sessions, ensuring your workspace remains organized and focused on new or high-priority threats without manual re-entry.

Key Benefits

  • Reduced alert fatigue: Hide known-safe results to help your team focus exclusively on unreviewed or high-risk infringements
  • Auditability and recovery: The visibility toggle ensures no match is permanently hidden and can be re-evaluated if site content changes
  • Improved team collaboration: Team members can see which matches have already been vetted and dismissed by others, preventing duplicate review efforts

For implementation details, refer to the Brand Protection documentation.
