Bug Fixes and Improvements
This release addresses numerous stability and performance issues:
- Network reliability: Switched tunnel congestion control algorithm to Cubic for improved performance across platforms
- Diagnostic enhancements: Added detailed QUIC connection metrics to logs for better troubleshooting
- Multi-user support: Fixed unnecessary registration deletion in multi-user RDP scenarios
- DNS handling: Resolved issues where unexpected characters in system DNS search lists prevented tunnel connection
- Proxy mode: Fixed client responsiveness issues caused by upstream connection timeouts
- CLI clarity: Consumer-only CLI commands are now distinguished from Zero Trust commands
- Capture support: Fixed packet capture failures on tunnel interfaces when renamed by SCCM
Additional fixes include monitoring for tunnel statistics collection timeouts, improved tunnel interface startup performance, and corrected emergency disconnect state persistence when switching organizations.
Known Issues and Workarounds
Several issues remain in this beta release, including potential crashes during captive portal login, clients becoming stuck in "Connecting" state, and empty screens after device wake. DNS resolution may break when using a custom DNS server in Secure Web Gateway mode. Detailed workarounds for each issue are provided in the changelog.
