Workspace Seating Structure

ElevenLabs has introduced a new tiered seating system for workspace management, allowing organizations to allocate team member access based on their needs and use cases.

Seat Types

• Full Seats: Provide unrestricted access to all ElevenLabs products and features, ideal for team members requiring complete platform capabilities.
• Basic Seats: Grant full access to ElevenAgents and ElevenAPI with limited access to ElevenCreative features, designed for members who primarily work with voice AI and API integrations.

What's Included

All paid workspace plans now include 20 Basic Seats by default. Enterprise administrators can purchase additional Full Seats directly from the workspace settings panel without needing to contact support.
