Availability and Support

GPT-5.4 is available to all Copilot Pro, Pro+, Business, and Enterprise subscribers and can be selected via the model picker in the following editors and platforms:

The model works across all chat, ask, edit, and agent modes, though prompting and model parameters perform optimally in the most recent versions of each product.

Enabling Access for Organizations

Administrators of Copilot Enterprise and Copilot Business plans must explicitly enable the GPT-5.4 policy in Copilot settings before users can access the model. This gives organizations control over model rollout within their development teams.
