Two features streamline user workflows:

• Workflow Suggestions in Assistant Threads: The Assistant now surfaces contextually relevant suggestions directly in conversations, including Workflow agent recommendations, file upload prompts, and deep analysis options. This reduces navigation friction and helps users discover the right tool at the right moment.

• Vault Email Notifications: Automatic alerts notify teams of retention deadlines, sharing changes, and review table assignments, improving visibility into required actions.
