Dashboard Views Now Available

Notion has launched dashboard views, a new database view type designed to give teams better visibility and context over their data and workflows. This feature lets users easily assemble beautiful, glanceable overviews directly on top of their existing databases.

What's New

Dashboard views function as "control panels" that consolidate multiple views, KPIs, and key properties into one unified space. Instead of jumping between different database views or manually aggregating information, teams can now see everything that matters at a glance and respond more quickly to changes.

Key Capabilities

  • Multi-view assembly: Combine multiple database views in a single dashboard
  • KPI tracking: Display key performance indicators and metrics directly
  • Property customization: Surface the most important properties for your workflow
  • AI-ready: Supports both human teams and AI agents for workflow automation

Availability

Dashboard views are currently available on Business and Enterprise plans. Users interested in learning more can visit the Notion Help Center for detailed documentation.

Use Cases

This feature is particularly valuable for teams managing projects, sales pipelines, customer data, or any workflow requiring rapid situational awareness. With the ability to customize what appears on the dashboard, teams can reduce context-switching and improve decision-making velocity.
