New Pricing Structure
Replit has announced a restructured pricing strategy with two main paid tiers replacing its existing plan lineup. Replit Pro ($100/month) is positioned as the premium offering for production-grade developers, while Replit Core ($20/month, down from $25) becomes the entry-level paid plan focused on getting started and casual building.
Pro Plan Benefits
The Pro tier includes significant upgrades for serious builders:
- Turbo Mode for Agent with up to 2x faster performance and access to the most capable models
- Tiered credit packages ranging from $100 to $4,000/month with volume discounts and monthly rollover
- Team scaling supporting up to 15 builders with pooled credits and no per-seat fees
- Extended data retention of 28 days (vs. 7 days on other plans)
- Priority support with 24-hour response times
- Exclusive community access for sharing and learning
Core Plan Improvements
The Core plan price cut is accompanied by new features to improve accessibility:
- Team collaboration now included, allowing up to 5 collaborators per workspace (previously required a separate Teams subscription)
- Cost control options including Economy Mode (roughly one-third the cost of Agent 3) and Power Mode for performance-optimized tasks
- Automatic pricing reduction for existing subscribers at next renewal
Agent Performance Modes
All paid plans now have access to new Agent modes to balance cost and capability:
- Economy Mode: Cost-optimized, approximately 33% of previous pricing
- Power Mode: Performance-optimized for complex tasks and larger codebases
- Turbo Mode: 2x faster than Power Mode, available only on Pro and Enterprise (costs up to 6x more)
Team Migration and Collaboration Updates
The existing Teams plan is being sunset, with current subscribers automatically upgraded to Pro at no additional cost through their current term. Monthly subscribers will begin paying the $100/month rate at next renewal, while yearly subscribers receive $100 in monthly credits through their term end.
All paid plans now feature improved collaboration infrastructure including personal and collaborative workspaces with unified billing, usage tracking per workspace, and simplified sharing controls.
These changes roll out to Core customers immediately and to Teams/Enterprise customers starting March 3, 2026.
