Improvements & Fixes

The release includes several stability improvements:

• Client-side activation detection: Enhanced snapshot functionality to exclude sentinels during client activation detection
• Condition execution: Fixed execution issues with subflow sentinels, resolving problems with snapshot highlighting and duplicate terminal logs
• Knowledge base migration: Added legacy subblock ID migration support with CI checks to ensure data integrity
