Sim Studio v0.5.88 introduces two significant capabilities:

Gemini Deep Research Integration: Developers can now leverage Google's Gemini Deep Research model directly through Sim's Interactions API. This enables workflows to access advanced research and analysis capabilities within automation pipelines.

Confluence Enhancements: The Confluence integration has been expanded with new operations including:

  • List space labels
  • Delete label functionality
  • Delete page properties

Performance & Stability Improvements

The release addresses infrastructure scaling with an increase to the trigger machine size, improving handling of larger workloads. Several UX bugs have been fixed, including cursor alignment issues in the variables block and unwanted tab-switching behavior from C, T, and E hotkeys.

  • Confluence integration now uses recommended query parameter patterns for improved reliability
  • Variables block dropdown and cursor alignment corrected
  • Tab-switching hotkeys (C, T, E) removed to prevent accidental navigation
