New Audio Editing Capabilities

Suno Studio 1.2 brings several powerful features designed to give music creators more granular control over composition and production without leaving the platform.

Remove FX allows users to strip effects from audio clips, generating clean, effect-free versions suitable for export to Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs). This is particularly useful for vocals or instruments with heavy reverb or other processing that users want to customize independently.

Warp Markers with Quantize enables timing and groove adjustments through customizable markers. Users can either manually place markers throughout an audio file or automatically detect transients. The quantize feature snaps loose recordings to the grid, ensuring everything locks to the session tempo — essential for polished production.

Alternates streamlines the take management workflow by allowing users to create and audition multiple variations of sounds from a single track. Users can quickly preview different takes, select their favorite, and maintain organized sessions without cluttered track layouts.

Expanded Creative Options

The addition of Time Signature Support eliminates the previous 4/4 limitation. Creators can now work in various time signatures including 6/8, 7/8, 11/4, and other odd meters — opening doors for diverse musical styles from traditional world music to progressive and math rock compositions.

These features position Suno Studio as a more comprehensive production tool, bridging the gap between AI-assisted generation and traditional DAW workflows for Premier subscribers.
